I am from the beautiful town of Norwich and I always appreciate a comfortable stay with great amenities. This hotel exceeded my expectations by offering a cozy bed, excellent Wi-Fi, and a lovely shower. the modern decor of the apartment was very pleasing to the eye. I found the check-in process via the in-room tablet to be very convenient and the location of the hotel was perfect for walking into the city center. Despite a small error in the code initially sent to me, the communication from the staff was great and I was quickly able to resolve the issue. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Norwich.
